I am a somatic coach, concentrating on Sensory integration and Polarity Therapy. I am also in the process of becoming a Feldenkrais practitioner. I am trained in Dynamic neural retraining, Limbic coaching using REM and solution focussed coaching, Biosynthesis, Psychosynthesis, Kellerman's formative embodiedment and biodynamic Psychotherapy. Currently also training in Somatic experience and Soma Embodiedment. I use body work and resource orientated methods to help my clients with their self regulation using the principles of the polyvagul theory and sensory integration.
