My current bodywork is primarily energetic and intuitive; keenly informed by my formal training in Polarity, Cranial Sacral Therapy, the Sound healing vibrations of Acutonics and Massage Therapy.

After working in the healing arts for the past 10 years I have a wide range of experience and "tools" to use to co-create transitions, free up energetic fields, dissolve emotional traumas, clear blockages in meridians & chakras, and release physiological restrictions in the fascia and muscles bodies. Each Session is about creating space in the body and helping the client to come home to that place of deep peace and connection to themselves renewed and happy to be back to their birth right of wellbeing and happiness.
